Professional Summary:
AT&T Inc.
Redmond,
USA
03/12-12/13(Current Project)
Role: Automation Design Engineer
Description:
AT&T Networks have extensive wireless
networks for addressing the 4G access. This project involves extensive
validation of the network elements procured from the various vendors and the
services offered in the LTE Release 9 networks. The network elements include
e Node B, MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF, and IMS to integrate the network and support
the 4G services. The services like VoIP, Video Capture, Video Call, High rate
data transfer will be tested using the tools like Spirent, IXIA, HPQC.
Execution of the VoIP service tests through integration to the LTE and IMS
core which is VOLTE solution.
Responsibilities
:
As an Automation
Design Engineer performed the following tasks:
· Review
of System Requirements and understanding the basic call flows designed for
LTE networks.
· Environment
Setup using eNodeB, SGW, PGW, MME and Cisco Router.
·
Worked on LTE core
system interfaces and protocols such as S1-MME, S1-U, S11, S5, GTPv2c,
GTP-U, Diameter
· Provide
solutions for the design of automation integration framework of LTE network
elements.
· Developing
and validation of automation framework integrating between tools
· Developing
and validation of automation test scripts designed for testing of LTE call
flows
· Designed
framework for different mobility scenarios with various 4G handovers both in
LTE and VoLTE environment using iTest tool
· Involved
in setting up the VOLTE services by integrating the VOIP, IMS, LTE networks
using “Spirent Landslide” and “IXIA IxLoad”.
· Designed
framework for performance testing with validation different nodes.
Sonus
Networks
Bangalore,
India
12/09-03/12
Role: Automation Developer
Description:
The Sonus SGX represents the ISUP and TCAP
Applications in the IP domain to the SS7 network under a single or multiple
Point Codes. The SGX is responsible for correctly delivering SS7
messages to and from those Applications. It handles SS7 network
management functions associated with MTP and SCCP on behalf of those
Application Server.
The ISUP and
TCAP Application Servers are running in the GSX and PSX. An ISUP Application
is configured to support call processing for multiple ranges of PSTN trunks
that are represented by CIC values. It registers with the SGX to
receive ISUP messages for the circuits that are connected between a remote
Point Code(s) and its local Point Code(s.) A TCAP Applications is
configured to support call processing for multiple ranges of TCAP users that
are represented by SCCP SSN values. It registers with the SGX to
receive TCAP messages for the Subsystems at a remote Point Code(s) of IN/AIN
network elements and databases.
Responsibilities:
· Integration
of SGX, GSX, PSX elements.
· Involved
in the review of requirement analysis of framework design.
· Design
of automation test system.
· Implementation
and validation of automation scripts developed in PERL based on feature
specific requirements.
· Validation
of performance of the system.
Alcatel Lucent

09/06-11/09
Role: Software Developer
Description:
The Signaling Server currently supports only IPv4
for its SS7-IP link, M3UA, M2PA, SIP, Packet Export, SNMP and NTP IP
interfaces. Through Dual IPv4/IPv6 Stack for SS7, SIP Interfaces feature the
Signaling Server will have the capability to support both IPv4 and IPv6 for
its SS7-IP links, M3UA, M2PA, SIP, Packet Export, SNMP and NTP interfaces.
The user will be able to configure each of these interfaces as either IPv4 or
IPv6.
The IP Link for QoS feature adds the capability
of provisioning the Differential service value and using them on the IP
header for the IP interfaces in the Signaling Server. It is used by the
routers to determine how to route the IP packet.
Responsibilities:
· Providing
inputs to design
· Implementation
of IPv6 Addressing in ASP(Application Server Process)
· Implementation
of MMIs(Man Machine Interface) using C
· Implementation
of Stack for IP support using C.
· Unit
Testing
· Fixing
